Film Institution Branding

In the film industry, it is important for institutions to create a strong unique brand for themselves if they want to be successful and memorable to an audience. A good way at making sure an audience remember your institution is through the use of logos. Logos are great as they are a simplified representation of the institution and can be placed in many different formats as a constant reminder of what institution has created that specific media product. I have collected different institution logos and grouped them together so that I can learn what the conventions of a logo for a film institution looks like. I will then take what i have learnt and apply it when coming up with my own ideas for a logo for my own company.
